– PoweredbyDifferenceJob Responsibilities:Build and maintain all information in project filesEstablish and maintain good working relations with all key vendorsEnter purchase orders and expedite with manufacturers when necessaryCommunicate all ship schedules to customers weekly; track shipments and handle freight claimsManage billing on all projects including creditsManage customer orders including change ordersProduce submittals and Operations ManualsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications and Expectations:One year minimum electrical industry experienceSupport and promote company initiatives and processesSome project management in the electrical industry preferredAbility to work directly with customers and suppliersAble to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritizeComputer literate, knowledge of NCE Solar, Word, Outlook, and ExcelAble to utilize internet to get product information from manufacturer websites for submittal informationDetail orientedWork well as part of a teamPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:Office environment mainly seated at a deskHeavy phone and computer usageUsual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be requiredRequires regular and reliable on-site attendanceDuring Covid, the need to work efficiently remote, with the long term of being in the officeThis job description is a general description of essential job functions.
