For more information, visit www.agcbio.com.SUMMARY:The Quality Control Technician I/II/III in Sample Management group performs routine tasks in support of Sample Management, testing, and Stability for GMP manufacturing.

This position will also participate in QC laboratory maintenance activities (e.g., equipment maintenance, ordering supplies).

The ideal candidate has previous GMP experience, strong verbal communication and technical writing skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for GMP sample management and delivery using LIMS.* Responsible for shipment of samples to clients and vendors.* Assists with activities to support GMP testing in Quality Control.* May be responsible for organizational activities for the laboratory as needed.* Perform regular maintenance on QC equipment like CTUs (freezers and refrigerators)* Perform basic chemistry GMP testing.* Responsible for GMP documentation of samples and equipment including receipt and maintenance logbooks.* Responsible for sampling the Milli-Q water system and delivering samples for QC Micro testing.* Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:* Clear, concise writing skills.* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to interact constructively with co-workers.* Legible penmanship* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)* Ability and desire for problem-solving and decision-making in cross-functional team setting* High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines* “Self-starter” who is adaptable to changing priorities, has a high level of integrity, and is both action and goal-oriented* Exercises judgment within defined practices and is able to problem solve with input from supervisor.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE* Education: Minimum High School Diploma, BS in Science preferred* Experience with good documentation practices and/or good record keeping skills are needed.* Experience with laboratory equipment, controlled temperature units, and software systems.* Equivalent education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.#LI-BB1AGC Biologics offers a highly competitive compensation package and a friendly, collaborative culture that values personal initiative and professional achievement.
