National Account Manager – Pacific Northwest

– join us.This is a remote role that can be based in Seattle, WA, Portland OR or East Bay, CAPURPOSEThis National Account Manager (NAM) supports the Sr.

National Account Managers to develop and maintain national account customers while meeting individual sales objectives of the Data Center Security Practice sales team.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the National Account Managers with DCSP assigned accounts.

Assist with all aspects to increase productivity of the NAM through new and existing national accounts.Conduct site visits at client locations to review quote needs and site conditions.Prepare quotes.Build relationship with customer site personnel and maintain regular contact with customer to ensure customer is satisfied with all current services.

Work with the National Account Manager and appropriate internal team members to resolve any problems (invoices, service, access, monitoring, etc.).Gather information from Sr.

National Account Managers, National Project Managers, customers, electrical contractors, architects, consultants, etc.

to create accurate, consistent parts lists, pricing, drawings, and documentation to be sent to the field for installations and to customers for record.Research and Complete Requests for Information Review and participate in the quarterly national account scorecard meetings along with the NAM and customer to address any positive/negative facts about the customer’s account.Identify and respond to operational issues that arise and resolve them with the appropriate internal teams.Identify and develop new opportunities within the current customer national account retail/enterprise base.Exhibit a thorough knowledge of all pricing procedures and strategies to ensure that contract estimates are accurate and will deliver the expected return.Meet and exceed personal monthly sales quota.Work with account team to obtain all relevant documentation for respective projects to include subcontractor quotes, locksmith quotes, CAD’sWork with CCE group and Sr.

NAM for respective projects requiring engineer and systems supportWork with Sr.

NAM and equipment manufacturers for system design and solutions as required and based on customer needWork with Sr NAM and respective branches to identify any operational issues that might arise and resolve them with the appropriate internal teams.

Review with Sr.

NAM the forecast tool in salesforce and understand how to forecast and align proposals in the respective categories for proper sales force managementWork with Sr.

NAM on how to prepare and deliver a sales presentation to current or prospective customers to ensure that the product and services offered are thoroughly explained and understood.Work with Sr.

NAM to understand a sales approach designed to identify the customer’s needs for the product/services offered and the investment the prospect is willing to make.Co-ordinate and direct local commercial sales representatives in completing site surveys for National Account locations to gain key information and rapport with local customer contacts.Detailed research and responses are required.

Work closely with the DCSP Account Team, Licensing, and other internal teams to deliver quick and accurate data to the customer.Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsStrong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and SalesforceAbility to handle multiple priorities and manage time in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication as customer presentations are a required functionStrong organization skills, with a keen attention to detailREQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field of study or 5 years’ related combination of experience and education in lieu of degree2+ years’ experience in sales
