Employer Cost Shared* Paid Vacation Full Job Description A full-time roofing Manager, your role will be to ensure a High Performance Install for all of our customers, by performing inspections on our projects during and after completion in the Seattle area.
Your role is to develop relationships with our crews and provide customer support as needed.
Your focus is to be on upholding the High Performance Install Standards.
Hire and integrate new crews, maintain compliance with company requirements, provide excellent customer service during problem solving and be an all around team player.
Primary job responsibilities include: * Hire & terminate subcontractors and in house installers.* Inspect job sites.
Follow checklists.
* Prepare final inspection reports Submit reports to the install department for customer documentation and management review.* Perform roofing repairs.* Provide excellent customer service.
Follow company customer communication protocols.* Problem solve and propose solutions to field installation issues.* Main point of contact for all repairs and leaks.* Conduct safety meetings.* Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork, positive, honest and effective communication, and professional interactions with co-workers, customers (clients and talent), and other partners.
Qualifications: * Experienced roofer* Positive, energetic, trustworthy.* A stickler for quality.* Great with talking with customers to provide high levels of customer satisfaction.* Loves to problem solve and find solutions that work.
* Derive personal satisfaction from a job well done.* A team player.* A minimum of 5 years of experience installing roofs.* Experience working in a high-volume construction industry.* Able to perform minor roofing repairs.* Able to travel within the Seattle area service territory.* Proficiency with Google Cloud, Google Sheets and Smartphone apps, a plus.
