Compensation Your base salary will depend upon your experience and will be in the six-digit range.

Is there an opportunity for to earn additional income?

Absolutely!

You will earn 3% commission on processing and active hosting.You will earn 1% commission on time billed and near line storage.You will earn ½ of 1% commission if you are the lead project manager (hosting only).You will earn ¼% of 1% commission if there are two project managers on one project (hosting only).

Commission will be split between the two project managers.You will receive a bonus based on the following tiers:Tier 1: $0 $5,000 billed = 0% of amount billedTier 2: $5,001 $10,000 billed = 5% of amount billedTier 3: $10,001+ = 10% of amount billedResponsibilities:What are the expectations for this job?In order to be successful in the Senior eDiscovery Project Manager role, you must have strong, senior level experience with Relativity.

Candidates who have relationships with present and potential e-Discovery clients that could possibly be leveraged toward IST Management’s e-Discovery team, and/or our full 360 of litigation support and managed services will be considered preferential.

In addition to your experience as an e-Disc PM and potentially a book of business – candidates will also possess the skills and experience to perform the following:Assist e-Discovery sales executives by attending meetings and/or phone conferences with clientsGuide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization, including for milestone reviews; meeting management and team managementDefine, measure, and report key performance indicators, including specific objectives per project to be evaluated upon completionBuild, manage, and execute detailed end-to-end work plans for e-Discovery projects, including: budget and resource control, scheduling and regular progress reporting into senior management and project team members company-wide across all departments, and ensuring timely completion of goals, and ensuring all information is appropriately documented and securedPerform risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis; identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, and challenge assumptionsManage technical specifications for new customer products and provide enhancements for existing platformsQualifications:Your Safety and Well-being We take Covid precautions very seriously at IST Management.
