You will create the vision of analytical tools to help drive more efficient business decisions and lead a team to achieve that vision.

Using your foundational knowledge of the digital media landscape, you will oversee the end-to-end process of: orchestrating the setup of key data elements/environments/pipelines, establishing analytical approaches and methodologies, consolidating lessons, and communicating insights and recommendations to business leaders.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GED#LI-BW23Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, operations research, mathematics, computing science, statistics, business, economics, finance; Masters or PhD preferred10+ years proven ability in an analytics or technical roleAbility to balance multiple workstreams concurrently with excellent prioritization skills and autonomyUtmost attention to detail, within a fast-paced environmentAbility to learn and develop new analytical skills and technical knowledge in a fast-growing, dynamic businessFamiliarity with digital media (Display, Online Video, Streaming Audio, Social, Search), AdTech stack, and media measurement (MMM, MTA) preferredAt T-Mobile, we strongly encourage everyone, including people of color, veterans, military spouses, individuals with disabilities, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and non-binary people, and parents to apply.
