Sr Product Manager, Partner Subscriptions

T Mobile

T-Mobile is revolutionizing Subscriptions products every dang day. We’re looking for a ridiculously smart, driven Senior Product Manager to join a diverse team focused on innovating, building, and scaling Subscriptions products for our customers. You’ll own the product strategy, vision, and end-to-end customer experience. That’s right, you’d help steer the future of Partner Subscription offers at T-Mobile and be part of the Un-carrier movement of meeting the needs of our customer’s connected lives. We need a passionate and bold and Sr. Product Manager for partner subscriptions who can drive the roadmap to increase customer adoption and engagement through creative and easy to use features that impact partner onboarding, simplify market readiness, and enable new Subscriptions product models—then do it all again. It’s a high visibility role, requiring you work closely with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders and share their work and feedback from a product perspective to T-Mobile leadership. There’s a healthy portion of iterating with peers to identify requirements, define product features, and work closely with development teams put those features in customers—like yesterday. Driving traffic and adoption will require working in step with our Business Development and Marketing teams. Basically, you need to be a team chameleon who can amplify the vison and functionality of your creation around the enterprise and externally. You’ll have to cover the basics of product management and development competencies: brain storming, speaking to the product strategy, roadmap development, functional specification, feature prioritization, usability testing, and product lifecycle management. There’s never a dull moment here and your ability to think fast and scale sustainable and expandable product offerings will require passion, strong relationships, and creativity. Join us and deliver remarkable products Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field; equivalent work experience 5 years of product management experience building products –involved in ideation, product design, development and launch of successful consumer products Ability to develop a strong understanding of customer needs, business goals and the ability to convert those into product requirements and priorities Ability to develop innovative ideas and creative solutions Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, challenged by accountability Must have the ability to deliver under tight timelines, operate independently, juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a result-oriented environment Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems through analytics and data-driven decision-making Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams. Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience defining products, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with many stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred Knowledge of Subscriptions and marketplaces Prior experience managing partners and handling budget Broad understanding of agile project management concepts and tools, including technical, innovation process, product management, financial and operations functions. Own and drive the roadmap, development, strategy, and product vision for Subscriptions offers and experiences Amplify the product vision and roadmap across critical cross-functional stakeholder teams and leadership Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and strategic analysis to identify, develop, and implement a revenue-generating and cost-saving Subscriptions platform for customers and partners Empower business to ship products, offers, and deliver on first/third party partner integrations on the platform Identify and manage product blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints Work with UX, other product managers, and development teams to optimize product features for enhanced user experience supported by the subscription platform. Drive the subscription management platform and customer experiences on it through all the stages of the product life cycle- ideation to launch and operationalization Work for a company that’s a recognized leader in shaking up established categories Ensure that the product goals and objectives meet and align with customer needs and T-Mobile’s overall business objectives.
