We are looking for an experienced tax manager specializing in high net worth individuals who shares our commitment to providing top notch client service.

,n nCurrently our professionals are working remotely, which is something we’ve been able to achieve seamlessly due to our access to the technology and systems that help us work effectively while at home.

The office attire is business casual, and the atmosphere is friendly and collaborative.n nJoin the Bader Martin team and you’ll find your client responsibilities diverse and engaging,n n Job Descriptionn n We assist some of the region’s most prominent professionals, company executives, business owners, affluent families and family offices, estates, and trusts in managing, preserving and transitioning wealth.

We prepare their annual tax returns and financial statements, but our affluent clients generally require more.

As their personal advisors, we offer an integrated, holistic approach to managing their wealth throughout the year.

Working collaboratively with their investment advisors, attorneys and bankers we merge traditional financial, tax and wealth planning services with the strategic and advisory services that establish where our high net worth clients want to go and how they need to get there.n nAs a manager or senior manager with an emphasis in high net worth services, you’ll play a leading role in providing our clients with proactive tax planning, strategic consulting and assistance with estate and trust planning.

You’ll supervise or manage all phases of the work and have the primary relationship with many clients.

You’ll also provide leadership, supervision, training and feedback to our staff and senior accountants.n nIn addition to client work, as a senior member of our team you’ll participate in growing the firm
– through your relationships with clients and other centers of influence in the community, and by developing and maintaining visibility as a thought leader and subject matter expert.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for such activities as presentations and article or blog writing assignments.

You’ll also be encouraged to become involved in activities that benefit the Seattle community.n nPrincipal tracks are available and encouraged!n n Qualificationsn Manager level positions generally require a minimum of five years of recent public accounting experience, senior managers generally seven years.

Must be able to provide specialized review of complex tax returns, as well as the ability to perform tax research and planning tailored to the clients’ needs.

Proven ability to strengthen existing client relationships, development of new business and mentoring team members.

Excellent organizational, client service and communication skills.

A CPA license is required.
