This role will evangelize and advance the usage, engagement, and satisfaction of Analytics offerings and advocate a product-led mindset across the Analytics team.
You will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge analytics products to internal customers, enabling them to make fact-based decisions.
You will have the responsibility to shape and lead the development of analytic products across the team.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of Product or Program Management experience in a technology organization/dept., including across multiple disciplines.
Current or previous experience leading and executing projects in a complex organizational environment and working on several diverse projects at the same time.
Current or previous experience in a Business Program Manager type of role within an engineering organization.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar field Product-thinking and leadership experience
– solution delivery, product scoping, customer interviewing, needs analysis, etc.
Rich product management experience involving responsibility for data platforms or analytics, exhibiting full ownership of the product lifecycle from idea to support cases Attention to detail and strong at execution.
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully collaborate across multiple teams and levels.
Capable of strong individual contribution and influence across non-direct reporting teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence.
Entrepreneurial approach and ability to excel in an ambiguous environment.
Job Requirements:
Own and drive a core set of analytical data products that help teams understand marketing and account trends to make data-driven and informed decisions.
Build a brand around analytics data to drive awareness and adoption across various stakeholders by understanding the company and leveraging core marketing principles like product, promotion, and place.
Ensure insights are both actionable and measurable and you should be able to build these insights and hypotheses with awareness of practical implementation and implications for the business.
Partner with our Digital Analytics and Data Engineering teams to ensure robust and accurate data capture and continuous improvement of data available for both analytics and the wider business.
Drive training, process integration, and adoption of reporting solutions to ensure value realization across multiple stakeholders.
Engage with and influence business teams to drive alignment.
Share knowledge through presentations at regional, channel, and business-wide events, as well as build relationships with analytics teams across the group.
