n n nn Strategic Sales/Support Phoenix, Arizona Atlanta, Georgia Austin, Texas Charlotte, North Carolina Chicago, Illinois Dallas-Irving, Texas Fairfax, VA Hayward, California Houston, Texas Overland Park, Kansas Los Angeles-Long Beach, California Lyndhurst, New Jersey Miami, Florida Minneapolis, Minnesota Nashville, Tennessee Orlando, Florida Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Portland, Oregon San Antonio, Texas Seattle-Bellevue, Washington Tampa, Florida nn nn Who We Aren n nn nn What You’ll Don n As the Vice President, Strategic Accounts, you will directly lead and support the Strategic Accounts team to drive team performance and growth of strategic accounts to meet and exceed OpenWorks 2021 growth targets.nn Lead, develop and coach the Strategic Accounts team Develop a strategy and best practices that enable the Strategic Accounts team to drive growth of their portfolios and ensure customer NPS goals are met/exceeded Define sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure, and hiring to execute against set goals and quotas Penetrate assigned accounts and identify new opportunities which includes new business, renewal, cross-sell and upsell Build and maintain business and executive relationships with clients
– engage customers in jointly addressing business priorities and objectives that align with their business needs and timelines Build and close a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Manage team resources to meet strategic account performance objectives/goals Partner with Leadership and other subject-matter experts to develop a playbook on Strategic Account Management/Growth; consult on personalized marketing best practices across various marketing channels Work collaboratively across the organization with Sales, Operations and Marketing to ensure successful sales outcomes leading to growth and retention of strategic accounts Build long-term, strategic plans in collaboration with internal business partners to maximize customers’ success while maximizing revenue for OpenWorks Understand and leverage C-level initiatives at strategic clients to optimize service agreements/additional services opportunities Forecast and report on pipeline – current state, trends, findings, threats and opportunities.

Alignment with Corporate Values:  Align well with and consistently exhibit behaviors congruent with values; be a role model for the team  nn What We’re Looking for in You nn 10+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment with Enterprise/Strategic Account Sales Focus Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership positions Solid understanding and experience selling into enterprise accounts
