We are one of the Largest Wood Framing Subcontractors in the Nation focusing on large multi-unit Residential (Multi-family) and Commercial Builds and right now we have an URGENT need for a Wood Framing Superintendent to join our team! We have a number of projects locked down through 2021 in the Seattle area and would consider any Wood Framing superintendent or highly skilled Framer with Leadership Skills to fill this role.What You Will Be Doing
– Leadership Skills/Ability to manager on site
– Wood-framing Construction experience (6 stories or less over podium builds)
– Scheduling, Staffing, Cost analysis etc.
– All of our projects are ground up!What You Need for this Position
-Highly skilled in wood-frame builds
-Management/leadership skills
-Local to Seattle Metro (Seattle to Tacoma)
-Stick frame fluent
